Ainsley Ross has been practicing martial arts and mixed martial arts for over 11 years.
Starting off in the traditional art of Taekwondo, Ainsley worked hard from the age of nine over the course of several years to attain her first degree black belt.
Soon after, Ainsley was inducted into the “Leadership Program,” “Master’s Program”, and became a member of the “Traveling Tournament Team” representing and fighting on behalf of her dojo.
Ainsley holds both regional and national championship titles in forms and sparring!
After her journey of attaining her first degree black belt from Master and Sensei Alex Azar, Ainsley progressed into Mixed Martial Arts, learning a blend of: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Close Range Military Combatives, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Boxing, Karate, and Lethwei.
Learning and being involved in tactical weapons training during this process was a natural evolution. Ainsley’s weapon training includes: bo staff, kamas, hand-guns, assault rifles, knives, throwing knives, escrima sticks, katana, performance speed swords, nunchucks, and sai.
Ainsley Ross’ love for these variety of styles progressed into a natural development in stunt training with Mike Chat at XMA World Headquarters.
Ainsley Ross continues to learn everyday and looks forward to continuing her love of mixed martial arts!
