Happy National Creme Brulee Day! While I LOVE to cook and bake, creme brulee is something I have not ventured into yet, but inspired to try one of these days. I’ve been traveling recently, so, unfortunately, I did not get to make this today. BUT I wanted to share with you this classic recipe from Veronika’s Kitchen.

I like adding smoked vanilla & tapioca pearls…..texture with smoothness
